About Livinglala
Livinglala was created around one idea: making it easier for everyone to turn a house into a home that truly fits.
The platform helps people plan their projects and connect with architects, designers, and home service professionals through smart, personalised matching. It guides you to clarify scope, budget, and style, then narrows the search to professionals who fit what you have in mind, whilst still giving you space to explore and refine your ideas.
Whether you're starting from scratch or have a clear vision, whether you're a homeowner or renter, Livinglala is designed to work for you. No insider network needed, no guesswork required. From full renovations to single-room updates, the platform offers curated inspiration, practical planning tools, and trusted professionals to help real projects move from idea to reality.
Because finding the right collaborators and creating beautiful, functional spaces shouldn't be a challenge. It should be part of the joy.
Born as a startup in Milan, Italy, Livinglala is built with a global mindset. Home design is a universal need. Aesthetic sense and ideas travel. We aim to serve homeowners and home décor enthusiasts in all major cities globally, whilst always respecting local knowledge and on-the-ground expertise. We're building Livinglala to be a place where ideas can breathe, plans can take shape, and real homes can come to life.
Founder
Nat Hautavanija is a seasoned product manager who's spent more than 15 years building digital solutions to real-world problems. But beyond the tech, she's always had a deep love for a good design that transforms a house into a home. After moving across continents and redesigning her own living spaces again and again, she saw an opportunity to make the entire journey smoother. While there's no shortage of talented architects and designers out there, connecting with the right ones often felt like a puzzle that required insider knowledge, which is challenging for someone new to a city. Navigating the entire journey, from planning your project and finding the right professionals to bringing it to life and sourcing furniture that fits your vision, inspired her to build Livinglala.
Nat holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from INSEAD.
